Honey Balsamic Chicken

If you can remember to start this one earlier in the day, you have dinner just about covered-

Marinade sauce:
4 Tbls of honey
2 Tbls of Balsamic vinegar
2 tsp of oil
juice of a lemon
1-2 cloves of garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp salt

4 -6 pieces boneless skinless chicken

Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a large ziplock bag. Add your chicken and swish around to coat. Put the bag in the refrigerator for at least an hour- preferably longer, turning the bag over from time to time.

Simmer the chicken and the marinade slowly in a skillet until done.
