Easy Dip for Anything

We've been enjoying this Easy Dip lately; it is great for vegetables, chips, and especially fine for microwaved chicken nuggets from the frozen food aisle of the grocery.

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 oz. bottled Buttermilk-Ranch salad dressing

Mix together. Pour over or dip with nearly anything.
