Prepare in large, deep skillet -- about 10-11 in diameter, 3 inches deep.
1 1/2 - 2 lbs of moderately lean hamburger meat
2 packages of Lipton Recipe Secrets soup -beefy onion flavor
2 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, finely chopped
4-6 cups of _cooked_ white rice
Fry the onion and the hamburger meat together until the meat is cooked.
Add the bell pepper during the last few minutes; stir. Add the dry soup mixes and mix well.
Add the canned soup. Mix well and heat thoroughly.
Stir the rice into the cooking mix until it is the right consistency (like really thickish oatmeal).
