1 box graham crackers
2 pkg. instant French Vanilla pudding
3 1/2 Cups milk
1 (9 0z.) Cool Whip
Topping:
2 oz. liquid chocolate
3 Tbsp. soft butter
1 Tbsp. Karo syrup
3 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 Cups powdered sugar
Butter a 9 X 12 pan and line with graham crackers. Beat 2 packages of pudding with milk. Add Cool Whip and mix well. Pour half of the mixture over the graham crackers. Top with more graham crackers. Put the remaining pudding mixture over the graham crackers. Add a final layer of graham crackers.
Topping: Beat well and pour over graham crackers. Chill overnight.
