Lightfocus: Recipes: Snacks and Treats
1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 egg
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. water
1 (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate or chip pieces
In large bowl, stir together cake mix, egg, mayonnaise and water until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by heaping teaspoons, 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake in 375 degrees oven 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are brown.
Cool on cookie sheet 1 minute. Remove and cool on wire rack.
Makes about 4 1/2 dozen.
