Chocolate Butter Cake

4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 sticks butter
1 c. strong black coffee - (instant is fine)
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
8 oz. sour cream

Boil cocoa, butter and coffee (just bring to a boil).

Add to remaining ingredients; mix well.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

(Do not allow to dry out.)

Peanut Butter Icing:
12 oz. peanut butter
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. milk
1 box powdered sugar

Combine peanut butter, melted butter, vanilla and milk.

Add sugar slowly to desired consistency. Pat on smooth carefully.
