Utah, Already

Well it has been quite a month so far, as Will reported in his blog. We've been scooting southward trying to dodge the cold weather and freezing night temps. And as we dodge and run, we stop here and there to get some work done.

Ironic, isn't it, that just when we have several large projects in the works, we need to be traveling.

So today we are in Utah, somewhere south of Salt Lake City. The mountains I see out my window appear to have lost some of their new snow today. Guess that means it is at least above freezing.

A side note- as we traveled from Nevada into Utah, Will noted on the map a small body of water between the Great Salt Lake and Salt Lake City. Apparently it is called "Salt Pond".

There is an even smaller body of water represented on the map, near Salt Pond, that the map didn't name. We wondered if maybe its name is Salt Puddle.
